Ashlea Bennett of Haskell, Arkansas is suing the city of Haskell and police officer Brandon Carter, claiming that the officer tasered her after she refused to show him her breasts.

The woman claims that the officer “demanded that she expose her breasts to him” and threatened to shoot her with the taser gun if she refused; he unholstered the weapon when she did not comply and shot her with it when she ran from him.

According to The Guardian, Ms. Bennett claims that the officer has made inappropriate sexual comments and requests in the past, which she has reported to authorities, but nothing was ever done about him.

The charges listed in the lawsuit are civil rights violations, assault, failure to train and supervise and negligent supervision.
