Mark Parisi of Las Vegas, Nevada has earned himself a slot on TLC’s television show “Extreme Cheapskates” for selling his body to scientific studies any time there is some money to be made from it—and the latest medical research trial involves donating one of his testicles in exchange for $35,000.
He seems unconcerned about the operation, as he will receive a fake replacement testicle, anyway. He is also pleased about how much money he saves by keeping his hospital scrubs: “I would take a pair home, I would use them for daily work, exercise, and for doing other clinical trials. Saved on laundry, cheap to clean, and they were free.”
According to The Inquisitr, the FDA stopped one of the trials he was prepared to undergo, a flatline study during which his heart would have been stopped for a minute.
