33-year-old Jorge Espinoza was looking at pictures of scantily-clad women on his cellphone at the moment that his truck slammed into three police cars and two fire engines which had been responding to an earlier accident on the Arizona Interstate near Yuma County, killing police officer Tim Huffman. Six vehicles were destroyed in the crash which occurred when the truck hit them at 65 miles an hour; Espinoza had his vehicle on cruise control at the time.

According to The Daily Mail, Espinoza originally claimed that he was not on his cellphone at the time of the crash, because his company‚Äôs policy forbids it, but both the footage from his dashboard camera and the information retrieved from his phone showed that Espinoza had been on the Internet at the time of the crash. He has been charged with second-degree murder.
